Team News: Three Changes For WSL Opener

Back-to-back WSL Champion Emma Hayes has made three changes to her starting line-up to face Manchester City on Saturday.

Maren Mjelde, Guro Reiten and Erin Cuthbert make way for Niamh Charles, Aniek Nouwen and Sam Kerr in the only three alterations to the side which started the 4-0 win over Reading before the international break.

However, Chelsea will be without the suspended Jessie Fleming and injured duo Pernille Harder and Fran Kirby.

Chelsea: Berger, Charles, Bright, Ingle, Nouwen, Eriksson, Ji, James, Kerr, Melis, Carter.

Substitutes: Musovic, Ordega, Spence, Cuthbert, Andersson, Mjelde, Reiten.
