Targaryen Princes Clash in Kings Landing
The aftermath of the Battle of Rooks Rest is tearing House Targaryen apart in the new trailer for House of the Dragon episode 5. Prince Daemon (Matt Smith) is still struggling in the haunted halls of Harrenhal, while his brother, King Viserys (Paddy Considine), presides over a divided court in King's Landing. Meanwhile, Daemon's wife, Rhaenyra (Emma D'Arcy), is pregnant with his child, but their relationship is on the rocks.
What to Expect in Episode 5
The trailer for House of the Dragon episode 5 teases a lot of drama and action. We see Daemon and Rhaenyra clashing over their different visions for the future of Westeros. We also see Alicent Hightower (Olivia Cooke) and her father, Otto (Rhys Ifans), plotting behind Viserys's back. And we get a glimpse of a mysterious new character, Larys Strong (Matthew Needham), who appears to be working with Alicent.
