The designated venues for the FIFA World Cup 2022 Qatar are:

- Al Bayt Stadium in Al Khor
- Al Janoub Stadium in Al Wakrah
- Ahmad Bin Ali Stadium in Al Rayyan
- Khalifa International Stadium in Doha
- Education City Stadium in Al Rayyan
- Stadium 974 in Doha
- Al Thumama Stadium in Doha
Seven of the eight venues such as the venue for the final Lusail Stadium were new stadiums built specifically for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Qatar has spent billions of dollars building and renovating stadiums for the World Cup. The country has also built a new airport, a new metro system, and a new highway system to accommodate the influx of visitors expected for the tournament.
